Free receipt of medicines, pharmaceuticals, immunobiological products, and medical devices on prescription.
Priority-free dental prosthetics (except for prosthetics made of precious metals).
Free provision of sanatorium treatment or compensation for the cost of independent sanatorium treatment.
75% discount on the payment for the use of housing (rent) within the limits of the norms provided by the current legislation.
75% discount on utility bills (gas, electricity, and other services) and liquefied petroleum gas for household needs within the average consumption rates.
75% discount on the fuel cost, including liquid fuel, within the norms established for sale to the public for persons living in houses without central heating.
Free travel by all types of urban passenger transport, public road transport in rural areas, as well as by rail and water transport of suburban connections and buses of suburban and intercity routes, including intra-district and interregional routes, regardless of distance and place of residence.
Upon retirement (regardless of the time of retirement) or change of employment, use of polyclinics and hospitals to which they were assigned at their previous place of employment.
Priority service in health care facilities, pharmacies, and priority hospitalization.
Payment of temporary disability benefits is 100 percent of the average salary, regardless of length of service.
Use regular annual leave at a time convenient for them and additional paid leave for 14 calendar days per year.
Preferential right to stay at work in case of reduction in the number of staff due to changes in the organization of production and labor and to employment in case of liquidation of an enterprise, institution, or organization.
Priority provision of living space for persons in need of better housing conditions, priority allocation of land plots for individual housing construction, gardening and horticulture, priority repair of residential houses and apartments of these persons, and provision of fuel.
Obtaining a loan for construction, reconstruction, or overhaul of residential buildings and outbuildings, their connection to engineering networks and communications, as well as a loan for construction or purchase of summer cottages and improvement of garden plots with repayment within 10 years starting from the fifth year after the completion of construction. These loans are granted by the procedure determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Priority right to join housing cooperatives, cooperatives for the construction and operation of collective garages, parking lots and their maintenance, gardening associations, and to purchase materials for individual construction and garden houses.
Free travel once every two years (round trip) by rail, water, air, or intercity road transport, regardless of the availability of rail service, or travel once a year (round trip) by these types of transport with a 50% discount.
Annual medical examination and dispensary with the involvement of the necessary specialists.
Benefits on payment of taxes, fees, duties, and other payments to the budget following tax and customs legislation.
Priority use of all communication services and priority installation of apartment telephones on preferential terms (payment of 20 percent of the tariffs for basic and 50 percent for additional services). The telephone use subscription fee is 50 percent of the approved tariffs.
Priority service by enterprises, institutions, and organizations of consumer services, public catering, housing and communal services, intercity transport
Extraordinary service by institutions and organizations providing social care services. If social protection institutions cannot provide such services, the costs associated with the care of this war veteran are reimbursed in the manner and the amount established by the current legislation.
Participants in hostilities on the territory of other states are granted a preferential right to enter higher education institutions, professional pre-higher education institutions, the right to non-competitive admission to vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions, and courses for obtaining relevant professions.
For combatants, pensions, monthly lifetime allowances, or state social assistance paid instead of a pension are increased by 25 percent of the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work.
Every year, on the Independence Day of Ukraine, combatants receive a one-time cash payment.
The state provides combatants and their children, including children studying full-time in vocational (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher, and higher education institutions, with state-targeted support for obtaining vocational (vocational-technical), professional pre-higher and higher education in state and municipal educational institutions until they graduate from such institutions, but not longer than until they reach the age of 23.
