Celebrating the 2022 Holidays with Beit al Diafeh and 50 Children

January 2023

Parents face the increasing challenge of making the festive season memorable for their families in the current economic crisis in Lebanon. As we progress into 2023, we are looking to support more children and youth through our programs in Lebanon. DTCare partnered with Beit al Diafeh to help 50 children and their families celebrate Christmas with a fun-filled event for the whole family.

The children and their families spent the day with Santa playing games, eating a celebratory meal, listening to music, and opening gifts. The event gave the children a chance to experience and enjoy the magic of the holiday season—a rite of passage that we believe every child should experience at least once in their lifetime.

Holiday Food Aid

April 2022

Despite all the issues the country is currently facing, DTCare thinks of people during every holiday. At Easter, DTCare donated 750 Easter eggs to Beit El Diyafe NGO to make sure families felt the holiday spirit.

Beit el Diyafe allows us to expand our reach to provide food aid to displaced and impoverished groups throughout the city of Jounieh and nearby regions.

Fall Relief Aid Loading Event
5 & 6 October 2021

We are sending relief aid cargos to communities in need in Panama and Lebanon. With the help of volunteers who come together from all walks of life during DTCare’s Relief Aid Loading events, we organize and load the donations into containers for shipping. Our in-country teams receive, unload, and circulate the relief goods to local partnering organizations and individuals based on necessity.

Our first official shipment bound for Lebanon is laden with baby formula, premature baby diapers, adult diapers, hygiene kits, and medical equipment.

Hunger Relief in Beirut

DTCare’s partnership with already-established nonprofit groups allows us to expand our reach to provide food aid to displaced and impoverished groups throughout the city of Beirut and nearby regions.
